Remote services can be performed for anyone who has reliable Internet access.  If you need onsite service, we cover within 60 miles of Lafayette, Louisiana.  Please note that travel charges apply outside of the Lafayette city limits.

We typically support home users and small organizations of 100 computers or less, but we also provide supplementary IT support for businesses of any size.  We have performed server support for agencies that have in-house support for users' computers, and we have also provided end-user support for companies that maintain their own servers.

Maintenance consists of two primary tasks:  Removing the electronic "gunk" that can slow your computer's performance; and installing updates that provide greater stability and security for your computer and network.  Performing regular maintenance on your computer system is one of the most effective ways to reduce the chance that your data could be lost or compromised.
